Really warm today almost too warm for early April. All the seedlings hit the outside very early this morning. They will all need some water before coming in for the night. At noon the deck was 82* and climbing. Normally at 3 p.m. the temperature starts dropping. Bracing for bad weather the next few days. Wood needs to be hauled up into the house, since it is reported the temperatures may not exceed 60*F. outside with snow lowering to around 4500'. The weekend is supposedly going to be warmer. Noticed that the dogwood is breaking it's buds. Took an image of the first lilac for the season along with the cherry tree. The cherry tree is just like the apple, originally a weeping flowering cherry was planted; however, the regular cherry took over from the root and the weeping cherry died.
