Woke up again to freezing temperatures. Had to light fires in the wood stove and the fireplace to heat the house. Watered the peas this morning to find ice in the bucket and frozen ground. Started to dead head the daffodils. The Eastern Redbud is beginning to bloom. The pears in the orchard are almost at full bloom. The wood pile has diminished.
