Sunny Days

Been working on hunting and gathering wood for heat. The storms during Thanksgiving week left Fairview with many broken limbs and split oak trees down on the ground with much dead wood for this years fire and much green wood for next years fires. Looking at beginning to prune the orchard soon, which also suffered tremendous damage during the storm. Very unusual to have 1ft. of snow fall that time of year when the trees still were covered with leaves. It saddens the heart to see such destruction.
