It has been raining all day. Keeping warm with the wood from the Timber Harvest of last year. The wood has heated the house now for 2 years. The removal of the trees was the best thing that happened at Fairview. No longer worrying about if the trees are going to fall on the house when full of snow like it did in 2001. Keeping the 2 wood stoves full and the fireplace is a full time job, but worth it.
